Mark Ormiston is a Canada Research Chair in Regenerative Cardiovascular Medicine and an Assistant Professor in the Queen’s University Departments of Medicine, Surgery and Biomedical and Molecular Sciences. Prior to beginning his position at Queen’s, he obtained a PhD from the University of Toronto under the supervision of Drs. Duncan Stewart and David Courtman, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Cambridge in the laboratory of Professor Nicholas Morrell.
